Merchandiser Manager

We are a retail company based in Abu Dhabi, seeking a talented and experienced Merchandiser Manager to join our team. As the Merchandiser Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement. You will also lead a team of merchandisers and work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and inventory management to ensure the success of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product growth.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling displays and promotions that attract customers.
- Work closely with inventory management team to ensure proper stocking levels of products.
- Lead a team of merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvements based on market trends.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate display setups, product placement, and overall store appearance.
- Manage budgets for merchandising activities and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented.
- Continuously analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Proven track record of developing successful merchandising strategies that drive sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month.

Location:

This position is based in Abu Dhabi. Candidates from Pakistan or African countries are encouraged to apply. English fluency is required, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Type:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. However, occasional weekend and evening work may be required.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
