What You’ll Be Doing

The Beauty Consultant delivers outstanding customer service and leverages appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new launch handling, product promotion, merchandising, and maintaining grooming standards.

  • Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty
  • Address customers’ queries about products, prices, availability, usage, and services
  • Communicate with customers to assess their needs and surpass expectations
  • Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
  • Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
  • Generate sales, achieving line and sales targets through makeup knowledge
  • Track sell‑out targets at the store level
  • Generate daily sales reports
  • Participate in incentive programs
  • Track post‑launch sales at the store level
  • Ensure merchandising levels match brand guidelines
  • Replenish stock on appropriate shelves and counters at appropriate times
  • Report stock shortages using the stock order form
  • Ensure stock receipt follows set procedures
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • 1–2 years of experience in the beauty industry is a plus
