Key responsibilities- Arranging and designing flower bouquets and gift packages
- Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Handling sales and billing transactions
- Maintaining shop displays and cleanliness
- Supporting daily shop operations
- Experience in flower arrangement, gift wrapping, or retail sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Creative with good sense of design and presentation
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
