A reputable Roastery in the UAE is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Retail Sales environment or FMCG industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Fluency in English and strong leadership and management skills are essential. Additional skills such as proficiency in POS systems, problem-solving, and strong computer skills are highly valued.

Nationality requirement is Lebanese or Lebanese already located in UAE.
