- Responsible for SLA management and KPI
- Follow up with vendors and external partners on the issues and resolutions
- Coordinating and assisting internal teams for hardening / patching upgrade and schedule maintenance
- Troubleshooting critical issues and communicating all customer impacted issues to line manager and concern teams
- Providing support to project teams on any project related work
- Provide UAT support for the systems assigned
- Proficient in ATM Switches (Base
24 eps), ISO Messages and data structures, Visa and Master Card Interfaces - In depth knowledge in cards (Debit, Credit, Pre-paid cards), issuing and acquiring payments, Switching and transaction routing, Merchant Management, ATM, POS terminals and Banking Kiosks
- In depth knowledge in ATMs (NCR, Diebold) and ATM Message protocols (NDC, IFX, ATM Web Interfaces), Cash Deposit machines, Cash recyclers, ATM Flow and state management, ATM Experience Management (NCR Connections, Aptra Activate, Wincor Proflex, Anti Skimming, HSM (Thales, Safenet) and Key management
- Knowledge on smart and non-smart card solutions, Chip Payment (EMV) Technology. EMV developments and trends
- Understanding of Master Card/Visa Payment systems specifications, ISO Message interfaces, file handling and security key management
- Knowledge on payment gateway systems and solutions, 3DSecure/Secure Code specifications and interfaces
- Understanding on ATM/EFTPOS terminals, secure communications and solutions
- Knowledge on Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Payments Applications Security Standards
- Knowledge on Card and Chip Personalization Systems and host interfaces, instant personalization solutions
