Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade applications integrating frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across backend and frontend development, cloud deployment, and security implementation — ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑performance software delivery within a dynamic environment.

• Real‑Time Communication Development Design and integrate Matrix and Live Kit platforms for secure, low‑latency messaging, conferencing, and collaboration.
• Full‑Stack Engineering Lead end‑to‑end delivery across Java / Go / Python and React / Flutter , ensuring scalable APIs, clean architecture, and testable code.
• Security & PKI Implementation Deploy PKI‑based authentication , manage certificates, and integrate TLS, JWT, and OAuth2 for enterprise‑grade security.
• Cloud & Dev Ops Automation Drive deployments via Kubernetes, Helm, Docker , and CI / CD , managing infrastructure on AWS / GCP with monitoring and cost efficiency.
• Architecture & Performance Optimization Define secure, modular system architecture; lead design reviews, benchmarking, and continuous performance improvements

• 7+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise or large‑scale environments.
• Proficiency in backend technologies :
  Java, Go, or Python.
• Hands‑on expertise with frontend frameworks :
  React or Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of API design , containerization , and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) .
• Proven experience with Matrix / Live Kit integrations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of PKI , OAuth2 , JWT , and secure coding practices .
• Experience in CI / CD automation , Kubernetes , Helm , and Docker .
