Senior TAMM Developer

Black Stone eIT is in search of a talented Senior TAMM Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior TAMM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions using the TAMM (Targeted Application Modernization Methodology) framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that optimize application performance and enhance user experience.

• Design and develop applications using the TAMM methodology, ensuring best practices and standards are followed
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines
• Develop and maintain documentation for designed solutions, including user guides and technical specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on TAMM best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in application modernization and development methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on application modernization and TAMM
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
• Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and No

• Understanding of web services and APIs (RESTful and SOAP)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Dev Ops principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of best practices in application architecture and design is highly desirable
