Intermediate Front-end Developer

We have an urgent requirement for Intermediate Front-end Developer for our client based at Abu Dhabi.

Candidate should also have expertise in the frontend using VueJS.

The candidates shortlisted are ready to take an online assessment.

Responsible for developing good quality code. A developer thinks strategically and has a deep understanding of all stages of digital development for apps and the web.

• Develop frontend apps in VueJS
• Work with HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3
• Create Unit Tests and perform TDD
• Perform source control using Git
• Maintain task backlog and efforts in Jira
• Create and maintain technical documentation of projects
• Works closely with business partners and system analysis staff to understand desired system requirements.
• Works closely with quality assurance staff to ensure coded components meet requirements and respond timely to issues reported.
• Performs code review of junior developers
• Ensures best practices and standards are being adhered to
• Prepare coding standards for the development team
• Prepare common components and reusable libraries for the rest of the team
• Experience driving the front-end experience using API’s
• Debugging issues using ‘inspect element’ to view API interactions etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• They must be familiar with vue.js application structure.
• Has 2-5+ years of experience with VueJS
• Has knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and unit tests
• Has good knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• The team coach, junior members and review the code. Ensure the standards and best practices are being adhered to.
