As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a passionate Junior Front-End Developer Specialist to join our team in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities Front-End Development & Implementation
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and intuitive web interfaces for healthcare, medical, and wellness clients.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into pixel‑perfect, high‑quality front‑end code.
  • Assist in creating landing pages, websites, and digital marketing assets that support client campaigns.
Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (designers, marketers, and project managers) to ensure smooth execution of web projects and features.
  • Implement front‑end changes to optimize websites for SEO, conversion rates (CRO), and overall performance.
  • Participate in design discussions to provide technical insights and improvements.
Website Performance & Optimization
  • Optimize web pages for performance, speed, and cross‑browser compatibility.
  • Ensure a consistent and responsive design across various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Follow accessibility standards to ensure websites are user‑friendly for all audiences.
CMS & Content Updates
  • Assist in maintaining and updating websites on CMS platforms like Word Press.
  • Work on content updates, layout adjustments, and page template customizations based on client needs and internal requirements.
Quality Assurance & Debugging
  • Identify, debug, and resolve front‑end bugs and UI issues.
  • Perform thorough testing across multiple devices and browsers to ensure consistent performance.
Continuous Learning & Growth
  • Stay current with the latest front‑end development trends, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve your skills.
  • Learn from senior developers to grow your knowledge in front‑end and web technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in front‑end development (internships, freelance work, or personal projects are acceptable).
  • Experience working on real‑world websites or web applications is a bonus.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Skills
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile‑first development.
  • Basic knowledge of front‑end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, especially Word Press, is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO‑friendly front‑end practices.
Tools & Technologies
  • Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with design handoff tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic understanding of performance optimization and cross‑browser compatibility.
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, improve, and accept constructive feedback.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic JavaScript build tools or workflows.
  • Proficiency in English;
    Arabic language skills are a bonus.
