Role description and responsibilitiesAs a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you're where our platform meets the real world. You'll work directly with clients to tackle their toughest technical challenges, implementing solutions that don't just work in theory – they work in production. From owning adapter development to collaborating with internal teams on core feature development, you'll ensure our platform delivers real value to clients. Operating with startup-level freedom on enterprise-scale problems, you'll manage the complete technical relationship with clients.
This means everything from decoding their business constraints into technical specs to orchestrating seamless deployments in their unique environments. The field intelligence you gather doesn’t just inform our roadmap – it drives it, creating a feedback loop between client needs and platform evolution. - Client Engagement
