Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery operations for our courier company in Abu Dhabi. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of couriers, including scheduling, routing, and tracking their deliveries.
• Monitor courier performance and provide feedback and training as needed.
• Ensure that all packages are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Resolve any issues or complaints from clients related to delivery services.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information, proof of delivery, and client signatures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Implement safety protocols for handling packages to minimize the risk of damage or loss.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles used for deliveries to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

• Previous experience as a courier or in a similar supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (Malayalees preferred).
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high-quality performance.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Biometric passport required (Malayalees preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
