Logistic Coordinator
A reputable logistics company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.

• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
• Track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
• Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment statuses and any delays or issues.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor shipping costs to maintain budget and negotiate rates with carriers when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize delivery times.

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software programs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and team members of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as part of a team.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Preference will be given to candidates who are Pakistani or Malayalee nationals. This is a full-time position without accommodation. Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates.
