Restaurant Manager

The Delivery Rider is responsible for delivering the guest’s order in a timely manner using a company owned vehicle and should be able to work under limited supervision, whilst maintaining safety.

• Riders are required to be well groomed as per company standard, in uniform and ready to perform their duties upon clocking in to work.
• Log the starting / ending mileage of their vehicle with any bills on petrol or salik in order to be reimbursed for their fees. Failure to log mileage or any other bills may result in disciplinary action and the driver will not be reimbursed for the delivery fees for that shift.
• Specific knowledge required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job includes: proper storage handling of food items in accordance with health standards, basic vehicle maintenance and understanding / abiding of the safety rules and company policies.
• Distribute “Delivery Menus” and any other promotional fliers around your area of delivery.
• Be prepared to answer guests on food & beverage or the Café Bateel concept.
• “Thank” guests as you leave and invite them to call back for any more orders required in the future.
• Relay guest comments or suggestions to the manager on duty
• Any violations of UAE road rules, fines and unjustifiable accidents will be subject to charge from their salary.
• Participate in briefings and company meetings.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B industry
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English Language

• High School Certificates/Diploma
• Valid Local Driving Licence (motorcycle)
• Occupational Health Card
