AIS has three business lines, dedicated to supporting our groupwide customers:

  • Helicopter Technical Operations supporting Airbus Helicopters;

  • Aircrew Assistance supporting Airbus Helicopters and ATR;

  • Airplane Operations supporting Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defence and Space, ATR, Satair;

We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Field Representative (LFR) to join our Helicopters Operations Department in various locations worldwide.

In this critical global role, you will be the cornerstone of our on-site logistics operations, ensuring seamless support for our customers. You’ll be instrumental in managing the flow of critical components, maintaining impeccable inventory control, and acting as a vital link between Airbus International Services and our valued clients. and responsibilities

As a Logistics Field Representative, your responsibilities will include, but may be adapted based on mission and customer needs:

  • Customer Focal Point:

    • Act as the primary local point of contact for logistics matters, fostering strong day‑to‑day relationships.

    • Maintain a professional, proactive, and positive demeanor and communication style.

    • Address customer inquiries efficiently or redirect them to the appropriate specialist if outside the logistics scope.

    • Working alongside our WHK and technical team on site

  • Airbus Ambassador:

    • Uphold and promote Airbus's core values to our customers.

    • Champion Airbus's processes and services, ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Quality & Safety Assurance:

    • Strictly adhere to all relevant procedures, quality, and safety standards and regulations (both global aviation and local).

    • Verify airworthiness at the logistics level, including checking relevant documents (e.g., EASA Form 1, Certificate of Conformance).

    • Conduct regular checks of the working environment for safety hazards.

    • Apply human factors and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention principles.

    • Maintain awareness and apply Dangerous Goods regulations and principles.

  • Logistics Flow Management:

    • Initiate and track the replenishment of consumed non‑repairable parts and the provisioning of necessary Standard Hardware Materials and Raw Materials.

    • Manage the induction of Support Products into the repair and overhaul flow.

    • Support activities such as Parts Operating Lease (POL) management and tool/equipment handling as per industry processes.

    • Ensure meticulous archiving of all documents related to spares and repair parts (both physical and electronic).

  • Part Availability & Planning:

    • Ensure the timely availability of Support Products (new, repaired, or overhauled) as requested by the End User.

    • Provide critical input and key information to inform industry forecasting (through close collaboration with End User's local representatives, planned missions, maintenance schedules, and consumption profiles).

  • Warehouse Activity Supervision:

    • Manage and accurately record all inbound and outbound stock movements.

    • Perform regular reconciliation of physical inventories.

    • Synchronize activities of Warehouse Keepers (when applicable), including dispatching responsibilities.

    • Foster effective communication with the customer and promote team spirit.
