The Panther Group seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to own the Quality Management System (QMS), drive data-driven improvements, and ensure compliant processes and equipment. You will work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain documentation, track KPIs, and lead CAPA initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in QA/QE within regulated industries, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to document and communicate quality standards across the organization.
