System Test Technician
Location: Acton, MA
Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Duties- Set up and maintain laboratory equipment and test fixtures
- Execute manual and automated testing procedures
- Collect test data, document results, and report findings
- Troubleshoot test issues and assist with root cause investigations
- Support validation studies, measurement system analysis, and Gage R&R activities
- Build prototypes and assist with product evaluations
- Coordinate testing needs with engineering teams
- Maintain lab organization, safety, and equipment maintenance schedules
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of laboratory or technical testing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Associate degree in a technical or engineering field preferred
- Experience with CAD software, 3D printing, or medical device testing is a plus
- Knowledge of Python, Git, Jenkins, Android, or iOS technologies is preferred
- Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to reach overhead and perform hands-on laboratory tasks
- Occasional weekend work may be required
