We're recruiting an Administrative Officer to support a busy enforcement team within a public‑sector organisation. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a good eye for detail, and an interest in compliance or regulatory work.

You’ll be supporting day‑to‑day operations, ensuring information is accurately recorded and assisting with basic casework activity.

• Providing administrative support to the enforcement team
• Entering, updating, and reviewing information on internal databases
• Assisting with basic casework related to non‑compliance matters
• Checking data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining organised and up‑to‑date records
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
• Previous administrative experience is desirable
