Stock Condition Surveyor

Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 3-month temporary contract in the Surrey area. The rate for this position is £26 across all property types. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis (4-5 days per week). The ideal candidate will have experience in completing Stock Condition Surveys and have access to their own vehicle.

• Carrying out stock condition surveys on social housing units
• Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also assessed energy characteristics and legislative compliance
• Using knowledge of RdSAP to fill out a small number of questions in each of the surveys
• Liaising with and engaged with residents about work carried out
• Ensuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targets

• Experience in Conducting Stock Condition Surveys on Social Housing Units

• Must hold a UK driving license

• Manage your own Diary
• High volume of surveys to be completed

• Monday – Friday (full-time)
