Role OverviewAs the Commercial Strategy Lead Innovation Lab in Ophthalmology, and a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand and driving our mission forward. You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions that truly change lives. You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.
KeyActivities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our mission and values.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in communication.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, enhancing our marketing efforts.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Support the creation of compelling content that communicates our vision and initiatives.
- Previous and significant experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with patient‑centric marketing approaches.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Hybrid working model – blend of home and minimum 1 day per month in the UK office.
- Candidates must be located within commutable distance of the office.
