Senior Accountant

A reputable company in Al Ahmadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in an English-speaking environment, utilizing your strong communication skills and accounting expertise.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Conduct periodic financial reviews and reporting to senior management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee tax compliance and ensure timely filing of tax returns
• Manage payroll processes for employees
• Develop and implement internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial data

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant, preferably in a senior role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP standards
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP or Quick Books preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

This position is based in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.
