• Design and prepare drilling fluid programs based on specific well conditions
• Monitor and maintain the properties of drilling fluids during operations
• Conduct regular tests on drilling fluids to ensure consistency and performance
• Adjust and optimize fluid properties based on real-time downhole data
• Collaborate with drilling supervisors and other team members to address fluid-related challenges
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations regarding fluid disposal and handling
• Provide detailed reports on fluid performance and activities to stakeholders
• Train and supervise drilling crew on proper handling and usage of drilling fluids
• Manage inventory and logistics of drilling fluid materials and chemicals

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 12-25 years, with at least 10 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 years in any stream.
• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in drilling operations
• Certification in drilling fluid technology or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with industry-specific software for fluid analysis and reporting
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification related to drilling fluids
• In-depth understanding of fluid mechanics and drilling processes
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fluid analysis
• Physical ability to work in remote locations and varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as required by project demands
