The Land Surveyor is responsible for performing accurate measurements, layout works, and dimensional verification within the factory yard, batching area, mold setup area, and precast storage yard. This role ensures all production elements are aligned according to engineering drawings and supports quality and operational efficiency.

• Measure and layout molds, casting beds, production areas, storage yards, and equipment placement.
• Verify dimensions and elevations prior to casting precast elements.
• Ensure precise alignment of molds, reinforcement cages, and inserts as per engineering drawings.
• Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto‑Level, and Laser Level.
• Conduct regular calibration checks of surveying equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of survey points, elevations, and benchmarks.
• Interpret engineering, production, and shop drawings.
• Prepare survey reports, leveling sheets, coordinate lists, and as‑built documentation.
• Maintain survey logs and daily measurement records.
• Check alignment and dimensions of precast elements before demolding and after curing.
• Verify lifting points, insert positions, and reinforcement layouts.
• Ensure products meet quality tolerances and production specifications.
• Coordinate with Production Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, and Mold Fabrication team.
• Support the factory team in setting out new casting beds, storage racks, and equipment foundation levels.
• Mark zones for loading, storage, and internal logistics based on yard layout.
• Follow HSE standards during all surveying activities.
• Ensure safe access and equipment placement during measurements.
• Report any discrepancies or hazards to the supervisor.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Experience in Factory, Precast Industry, or Construction Environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial surveying and layout work.
• Proficiency with Total Station, GPS & Auto Level, and Laser level instruments.
• Experience with survey software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Survey).
• Ability to read and interpret production and structural drawings.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
