Responsibilities- To comply with SPETCO HSE Policy & HSEMS
- To create high level HSE awareness on site through HSE Campaigns & Trainings
- To support HSE Department on closing HSE issues related to site
- To conduct Site Risk Assessment & Job Safety Analysis on monthly basis revision
- To maintain HSE record for Monthly HSE Requirements & others effectively
- To report & investigate any unsafe condition or act to HSE Coordinator & HSE Manager
- To attend SPETCO HSE Monthly meeting and Client HSE Monthly Meeting. Also follow up on issues raised
- To make a close follow up on any HSE issues
- Reporting any incident as per HSEMS immediately to HSE Coordinator & HSE Manager. Preparing Incident report & recommending for preventive measures by close follow up on same
- To recommend & advise for scope of improvement on HSE
- To conduct field visits on Daily basis & submitting reports for HSE inspections
- To comply with HSE yearly objectives & completing the targets.
- To revise HSE Objectives on quarterly basis & submittal to HSE dept for same.
- To maintain inventory for PPE & HSE equipment’s (Applicable for specific sites)
- To inspect Safety Equipment’s, tools, vehicle (heavy or light) or heavy equipment’s on Monthly basis & submittal of record and tracking register for same.
- To maintain 3rd party inspection & certificate log for prior indication
- To implement KOC color coding & coordinating in 3rd party inspections
- To monitor confined space entry, Height, Excavation, Hot, Radiography or routine jobs etc.
- To confirm Work Permits taken as per Client Procedure
- To conduct Mock Drills & Site HSE Meetings as per given targets
- To create & maintain HSE Culture on Site
- To ensure best housekeeping standards
- To prepare Site HSE Plan & Site emergency plan as per client requirement
- To enhance behavior based safety
- Communicate HSE Bulletins & Alerts effectively
- To comply with SPETCO Transportation Policy:
- Verifying users for daily speeding report & communicating
- Communicating transportation policy to all site employee
- Monitoring on IVMS violations reports
- Reporting transportation Violators to HSE dept.
- Ensuring IVMS black key to be provided each user & record keeping for same before issue
- Reporting non IVMS vehicle on immediate & monthly basis
- Inspecting Buzzer, seat belt notifications & report any issues to HSE dept
- Engineering/Diploma/BSC (Chemistry) with 7+ years of experience in Oil & Gas.
- Should have KOC approval.
- Should have Nebosh IGC.
- Based in Kuwait & transferrable residency.
- Can Join Immediately.
