Open for Fresh graduate Kuwaiti Nationals with Engineering degree.

Job Summary
Responsible field and dedicated field engineer for providing technical support and field services related to drill bits performance and optimization, committed person to working flexible hours fully responding closely to the team and work needs, run and evaluate drill bits for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness. Analyze drilling data, prepare performance reports, and ensure safe, reliable bit operations in various well conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for drill bit operations.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis and provide recommendations for drum bit optimization.
• Installation & Maintenance: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of drill bits and associated equipment.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor drill bit performance and address any issues.
• Training: Provide training and support to client personnel on the use of drill bits and related equipment.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and analyze performance data from drill bit operations; prepare detailed reports on drill bit performance and suggest improvements.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all service visits and client interactions.
• Product Development: Provide feedback to the engineering and product development teams based on field observations; participate in testing and evaluation of new drill bit designs and technologies.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all field operations comply with company safety policies and industry regulations; conduct safety briefings and drills as necessary.

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required

• Nationality: Open for Kuwaiti nationals.
• Experience: Field Service Engineer with at least 3 years’ experience in Drill Bits and in the Oil Field.
• Education: Degree:
  Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent in Oilfield major.
• Languages: Arabic (essential) and English. Fluent reading and writing.
• Commitment: Committed to working flexible hours fully responding to the team and work needs to achieve the overall team goals.
