Job :

The Tower Crane Operator is responsible for safely operating the tower crane within the factory or precast yard to lift, move, position, and place heavy materials, molds, concrete elements, and equipment. The operator ensures all lifting activities follow safety regulations, load limits, and company procedures.

• Operate tower crane to lift and move materials such as molds, reinforcement cages, concrete panels, and heavy equipment.
• Ensure safe and precise movement of loads within the factory or yard.
• Follow instructions from the signalman/rigger through radio or hand signals.
• Pre‑Operation & Safety Checks:
  Perform daily inspection of crane equipment (brakes, slings, hooks, wire ropes, indicators). Report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately. Ensure the crane operates within load limits and according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Lifting & Material Handling:
  Coordinate with riggers to ensure proper slinging and load balancing. Handle lifting operations for production, casting beds, molds, and precast elements. Place materials at correct locations as per instructions.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Follow company HSE standards and comply with local regulations. Ensure zero accidents during lifting operations and maintain a safe working environment around the crane operating area.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain a logbook of crane operations and daily inspections. Report equipment faults to maintenance. Document incidents, near misses, and delays.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Tower Crane Operator License (as per local regulatory authority).
• Certification in rigging and lifting (preferred).
• Safety and equipment handling training.

Minimum 2–5 years operating tower cranes in factory or construction settings. Experience in a precast factory is an advantage.
