Overview
Sous Chef - Indian and African Cuisine (Al Ahmadi, Kuwait)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in creating delicious Indian and African dishes. You must have a strong knowledge of Indian and African cuisine and be able to supervise the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality meals are prepared.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in an Indian or African restaurant. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
Salary for this position starts at 1800 USD per month.
Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in creating Indian and African dishes.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality meals are prepared.
- Maintain quality and consistency of dishes and plating.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in an Indian or African restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and African cuisine.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
