Overview

Experienced Baker in Al Ahmadi. We are hiring an experienced Baker to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main objective will be to ensure that all products are of high quality and meet customer expectations.

• Prepare dough and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Ensure all baked goods are prepared according to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with other team members to come up with new recipes or improve existing ones
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

• Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Attention to detail with excellent time-management skills
• Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
