Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser for our company, you will be responsible for managing the product selection and placement in our retail stores in Al Ahmadi. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to make strategic decisions.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and display according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store managers to identify best-selling products and make recommendations for product assortment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
• Analyze sales data and adjust product placement accordingly to maximize sales potential.
• Train store staff on merchandising techniques and provide support when needed.
• Attend trade shows and market events to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards in line with company guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with opportunities for career growth within our expanding company. This position is open to Indian nationals who can legally work in Al Ahmadi. Part-time options may be available for qualified candidates.
