Vacancy for experienced Logistics Officer
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Officer to lead and manage logistics activities on behalf of the Company. The role involves identifying reliable partners, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, and driving cost savings.
Responsibilities- Execute, manage and lead all logistics activities.
- Identify reliable logistics and shipping partners, evaluate capabilities, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Negotiate delivery schedules and payment terms to ensure timely, cost‑effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with clearing agents, transport providers and other service providers.
- Manage material readiness from country of origin through to client delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve supply‑chain efficiency and competitiveness.
- Preferred engineering background.
- Experience in logistics, supply‑chain or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end logistics processes.
