Assistant Accounting Executive

Location:

Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Shift:
2 PM – 11 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled   Assistant Accounting Executive   with hands-on experience in international accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Month-end closing & finalization of books
General Ledger entries
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Bank reconciliation
Financial reporting & analysis

Key Responsibilities
Work on accounting software such as   Quick Books, Xero, Entrata, Yardi, or Sage
Manage tight deadlines related to monthly/annual accounting
Prepare   Balance Sheet reconciliations
Create and upload   Journal Entries
Oversee   Accounts Payable   ,   Accounts Receivable   , and invoice processing
Perform   Bank Reconciliation   and resolve discrepancies
Maintain and update the   General Ledger (GL)
Prepare financial statements, including   Budget Reports, Fixed Asset Reports, and Cash Flow Statements
Support   month-end and year-end closing   activities
Reconcile   Intercompany balances
Analyze open items and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage

Required Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with good organizational abilities
Proficiency in   Microsoft Excel
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Skilled in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in   Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience   in US or international accounting
