Job Location:

Responsibilities:

• Collating Income Tax Returns, Extensions and miscellaneous Information Returns

• Safe Send Assembly including Safe Send Delivery to the client

• E-filing and timely addressing e-file rejections and schema validation errors

• 1099, 1042, 8027 processing and e-filing

• Verifying Return and Extension e-file acceptance and saving E-file Confirmations in CCH Document

• Saving signed e-file authorizations in CCH Document

• Setting up new clients in tax-related systems – Axcess Tax, XCM (CCH Workflow), Avalara, etc.

• XCM Due Date List Maintenance, setting up tasks in XCM, updating stafing at the client level in XCM, updating Client Groups in XCM

• Creating Sure Prep Binders

• Sure Prep Verification

Qualifications:

• Commerce Graduates with Strong Analytical Skills and excellent written and verbal communications

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as a team player

• Must be able to juggle multiple projects

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and efectively handle stressful situations
