• Conduct secondary research and reports of different kinds.
• Perform functionality validation of the solution and check whether all functionalities are successfully implemented.
• Communicate regularly with business users and technical staff to ensure issues (if any) are resolved in a timely manner.
• Learn the internal business applications, their structure, functionality and technology in detail
• Assist in training procedures and documentation for end users.
• Effectively interact with other members of the team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

• Logical mind with keen analytical skills
• Clear and concise communicator, in both written and verbal
• Organized and efficient with dedication and hard work
• Ability to respond well under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Analyst will be an added advantage
• Geo-political acumen would be a good to have
