We are seeking a dynamic and  experienced Account Manager / Delivery Manager  with  sales, Operations background  to join our growing  IT and technical staffing solutions team  in India.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible IT solutions and services tailored to their business needs.

NOTE

Experience with IT Services, staffing or consulting companies is MUST **
* RQUIREMENTS
5+ years of Account management and business development experience  in  Indian IT and Staffing industry
Experience working with large MNC and enterprise clients as well as IT services companies
Proven experience as an Account Manager in Indian Staffing and IT industry.
Strong understanding of  IT staffing, Contracting, solutions, and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients .
Understand clients' Technical and staffing needs and work closely with the technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewal of agreements.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and solutions to offer expert advice to clients.
