Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Database Administrator/Support Engineer, you will apply your database skills across our market-leading SaaS Product, work in an agile, collaborative environment to configure, deploy ,and maintain systems for the IBM client business. In this role, you will lead the problem resolution process for our clients, from analysis and troubleshooting to deploying the latest software updates & fixes.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Administration and Support
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in handling day-to-day operations, alert management, incident support, migration tasks, and break-fix support for multi-regional database system.
System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
Daily monitoring, administration, and preventative maintenance work for Envizi database, application, and AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure
Database ETL proficiency:
Strong knowledge of database ETL. Maintain data collection, integration, and processing processes
Automation Proficiency:
Proficiency in automation for production environment changes, streamlining processes for efficiency, and reducing toil.
Cloud
Experience:
experience in AWS cloud technologies relevant to data engineering. Administration of cloud platforms (AWS)
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
MS SQL Server: 5+ years with Microsoft SQL Server Data Platform (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Replication) as DBA or DB developer
TSQL: 5+ years with Advanced SQL scripting and querying skills.
Automation/Scripting: 3 years of experience with scripting, such as Python, Power Shell, and any other scripting language
Cloud: 2+ years of experience with cloud environments (e.g. AWS and Azure)
