About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Content Writer to join our team and create high-impact content for our international clients. Writer having Salesforce expertise with technical writing skills is an additional advantage.
What You'll Do:
Create compelling, technically accurate content for international B2B audiences
Develop Salesforce-focused content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation
Write about Salesforce products, Conga solutions, and related enterprise technologies
Implement SEO best practices including keyword optimization & anchor text strategy
Collaborate with global teams to ensure content aligns with client objectives
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for various audiences
Must-Have Requirements:
✅ Proven portfolio demonstrating technical/SaaS content writing
✅ Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and ecosystem
✅ Understanding of Conga products and use cases
✅ Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, anchor text optimization, meta descriptions, content structure
✅ Experience writing for international/global audiences
✅ Excellent command of British English
What Makes You Stand Out:
Salesforce certifications or hands-on platform experience
Background in technical documentation or API documentation
Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
Portfolio featuring enterprise software or B2B SaaS content
Experience working with international clients across different time zones
