Position: WordPress & Webflow Developer Intern (With PPO | On-site )
About Internship:

We are looking for a   Word Press & Webflow Developer Intern   who is serious about building a career in   web development  , performance-focused websites, and modern CMS platforms.

This internship is   hands-on and execution-driven  , where you will work on   live websites, US-based projects, landing pages, and marketing websites   built on Word Press and Webflow.

This is not a tutorial-based or observation internship. You will be expected to   build, customize, optimize, and maintain real production websites   under the guidance of senior developers, with a   clear path to a full-time role (PPO)   based on performance.

Internship Details:

Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST (8.5 hours/day)
Weekends:
Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
Mode:
On-site (Not Remote / Not WFH)

Internship Certificate & Experience Letter:
Provided only upon successful completion of the full 6-month internship

Post-Internship Placement Opportunity (PPO)

Upon successful completion of the internship and performance evaluation, selected interns may receive a   full-time placement offer   with a salary range of:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities
---------------------------
- 1/ Word Press Development
Build and customize Word Press websites using themes and page builders
Develop and customize websites using   Elementor / Gutenberg / other builders
Customize themes, plugins, layouts, and site functionality
Manage Word Press backend, content structures, and site settings
Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and basic SEO structure

2/ Web Flow Development
Design and develop websites and landing pages using   Webflow CMS
Convert Figma / design files into responsive Webflow layouts
Manage Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content
Ensure pixel-perfect design implementation and cross-device compatibility

3/ Website Optimization & Maintenance
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast, and secure
Perform regular updates, backups, and basic troubleshooting
Fix UI/UX bugs and layout issues
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams

4/ Learning & Growth
Follow coding standards and development best practices
Learn website performance optimization, conversion-focused layouts, and SEO fundamentals
Implement feedback from senior developers and improve delivery speed and quality

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of   Word Press
Basic working knowledge of   Webflow
Understanding of   HTML, CSS  , and website structure
Ability to create responsive layouts
Willingness to learn and work on live projects

Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar page builders
JavaScript knowledge
Understanding of website speed optimization and SEO basics
Prior internships, or personal projects
