Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst is a highly analytical, systems-focused role responsible for owning CRM data quality, Salesforce configuration, reporting, automation, and operational analytics. This role supports Sales and Marketing teams by building scalable systems, dashboards, and insights that drive data-driven decision-making.
This person will work closely with multiple stakeholders to refine workflows, forecast pipelines, and support the continued transformation of sales and marketing into a unified revenue-driving engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce & CRM Administration
· Act as a hands-on Salesforce administrator for day-to-day operations
· Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automations
· Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls
· Ensure data integrity across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Campaigns
· Able to create dashboards using customized reports.
Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards
· Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and executive dashboards.
· Analyze pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign performance and forecast accuracy.
· Maintain reporting snapshots and historical trend analysis
· Translate raw data into actionable insights for Sales and Marketing leadership
· Support and execute data requests from Sales and Marketing Team.
Data Quality & Operations
· Own CRM data hygiene including deduplication, enrichment, and standardization
· Maintain account hierarchies, ownership models, and attribution logic
· Define and document Standard Operating processes and SLAs.
· Support monthly and quarterly planning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting
· Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve operational workflows
Marketing & Tech Support
· Support Account-Based Marketing Execution Using Demandbase and Salesforce
· Perform account and contact enrichment using Zoom Info and third-party tools
· Support Hub Spot workflows including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing
· Ensure Accurate Campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
· Monitor and troubleshoot integrations across Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoominfo, Gong and other tools
· Support data sync, field mapping, and automation logic across systems
· Assist with evaluation and integration of new Sales and Marketing tools.
Required
Skills & Experience:
· 5+ years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations in Enterprise Software Development
· Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, flows, reports, dashboards)
· Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
· Experience with Demandbase, Zoom Info, Hub Spot, or similar tools
· Strong documentation, process discipline, and attention to detail
· Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
