Planning Manager

The  S&OP Lead  coordinates cross-functional planning to align demand forecasts, supply capabilities, and financial goals. The role involves collecting and validating planning data, developing demand and supply plans, identifying gaps, and preparing scenarios. The S&OP Lead facilitates pre-S&OP and executive meetings, presents recommendations, drives decision-making, and ensures agreed plans are executed and monitored for continuous improvement.
Data Gathering :
Collecting historical sales data, inventory levels, capacity metrics, and financial inputs.
Demand Planning :
Forecasting customer demand using statistical models and market intelligence.
Supply Planning :
Evaluating the ability to meet demand given capacity and inventory constraints.
Pre-S&OP Meeting :
Reviewing imbalances, creating scenarios, and developing recommendations.
