R&D Chemist / Senior R&D Chemist
[Responsibilities]
Conduct research and development on epoxy resins, hardeners, and related chemical products, focusing on formulation design, performance enhancement, and application development.
Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to evaluate chemical properties under various conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Control, and Sales) to support new product development and resolve technical challenges.
[Qualifications]
Entry-level or Senior R&D Chemist with 3–10 years of experience in the epoxy or chemical industry (Required)
Legally authorized to work in India (Required)
Must be able to travel within India for business without restrictions (Required)
Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Required)
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) (Preferred)
