Designation:  Executive Store

Job Purpose:

The candidate shall be responsible for Managing store and logistic operations.

Responsible for:
Ensure accuracy of the facility s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS for inward-outward & Stock, other report to top management.
Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies, stock rotation with maintain of Minimum Order level and coordinating the disposal of surpluses. Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of goods.
Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Create purchase requisition and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities
Supervision skill to observe material at stores and keep in well manner place at safe area
Basic QC Skill for Inward and outward material for preparing the GRN
Report submission regarding Analysis for misplace item and weekly and monthly basis
Teamwork, Team building and Retention of team
Behavior, Self Development, Grooming, Planning and Organizing work
Need to perform any additional task given by management time to time

Requisite

Skills:

MS office skills. i.e. MS Excel.
Strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Analytical skills
Interpersonal Skills

ERP Stores management system

Experience:

Minimum 3 years from Store

Monthly Salary (CTC):
22000 - 26000
