Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Family Physician located in Airdrie, Alberta. The Family Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, creating tailored treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing preventative care and health education. The Family Physician will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills to assess, treat, and manage a variety of medical conditions
• Proficiency in preventive care, health education, and creating individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients
• Collaborative approach to work effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent qualification and eligible for licensure with the relevant medical regulatory authority in Alberta
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Experience in family medicine or a related field is an asset
• Empathy, professionalism, and a patient‑focused mindset
