Experienced Pharmacy Assistant​/Pharmacy Technician

Rockyview Pharmacy is a well-established, community-focused pharmacy proudly serving Crossfield and surrounding areas. Conveniently located just 10 minutes north of Airdrie, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Full-time, part-time, and relief positions are available.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician
• Mandatory 2 years experience using Kroll Pharmacy Software
• Availability for full-time, part-time, or relief shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in providing safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care.
• Process prescriptions efficiently and accurately.
• Enter and maintain patient and prescription data in Kroll.
• Handle third-party billing and insurance adjudication.
• Provide professional, friendly service at the counter and over the phone.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock organization.
• Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of pharmacy assistant/technician experience.
• Proficient with Kroll Pharmacy Software (required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or post-secondary education preferred.
