As a Senior Quality Manager, you won't just oversee quality assurance processes; you'll be at the forefront of fostering a culture of excellence within our team. You'll ensure that every product that leaves our facilities meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic quality team, engage with our production processes, and collaborate with various departments to maintain our commitment to quality.

Your

main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality assurance and control procedures.
  • Leading and mentoring the quality team to ensure they are trained and empowered to uphold our quality standards.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Engaging with suppliers and customers to drive quality improvements and foster strong partnerships.
  • Analysing quality data and presenting insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Championing a quality-first mindset across all levels of the organization.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quality Manager within the food industry, ideally in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, food safety regulations, and BRC standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Hands‑on experience with quality audits and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a keen eye for detail.
