• Set up and adjust machinery for production runs according to job specifications and schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize production efficiency.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document machine settings, production quantities, and quality checks in compliance with company protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any issues that arise during production.
• Assist in training new operators on machine functions and safety procedures.

• Proven experience as a machine setter or similar role in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of machinery operations and settings, particularly in the food production industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as needed.
• Basic math skills for measuring and adjusting machine settings.
