• Conduct property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections, and other client tasks on a freelance basis.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations as desired.
• Travel within a maximum radius specified at signup.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within the last 3 years.

• Freelance basis with flexible scheduling.
• Standard 30‑minute viewing pays £19; additional pay for longer appointments, inspections, or photographic assignments.
• Nationwide opportunities with travel radius control.
