Chat Operator (Indian)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position, and we are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through online chat platforms in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries or concerns

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Ajman, UAE
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as a Chat Operator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation provided by the company
- Must have own valid visa/work permit in the UAE
