Project Engineer; Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify site surveying and setting out for accuracy
• Assist in preparation and execution of the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Ensure technical drawings, sketches, and shop drawings are delivered to site engineers accurately
• Oversee project mobilisation and closeout efforts efficiently
• Attend weekly progress meetings (internal and client-side); assist in preparing Minutes of Meeting
• Monitor ongoing site work and provide weekly status reports
• Maintain daily communication with subcontractors and planning teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Coordinate logistics for material procurement, shipment, and delivery
• Implement and monitor project inventory control systems
• Support in client payment valuations and other financial documentation
• Address and resolve internal and external client complaints professionally
• Review contract documents and compare them with tender agreements to identify deviations
• Comply with and support QHSE policies and practices
• Coordinate with project-related personnel to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion
• Provide continuous support to Project Management Team (PMT) and senior leadership
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong communication and site management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools
• Must have experience in medium to large-scale civil projects in the UAE/GCC
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic preferred
