Mobile Manager

We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirement.

Role: SME Mobile Access Operations

Notice Period:
Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice

Required Experience:

• Must have 10 years of experience in Telecom Operator/Vendor
• Evaluate proposals of 5G private network and recommend feasible options. Assess proposed network size and estimate human resources for each project.
• Perform Vendor’s due diligence to review support capabilities and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Assess vendors’ solutions against defined requirements, including compatibility, scalability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in network design discussions, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that all requirements are met in accordance with e& policies, processes, and security measures.
• Discuss and negotiate terms and conditions, service level agreements (SLAs), OLAs, warranties, and support commitments. Create awareness among MNP and other concerned teams.
• Conduct Proof Of Concept (PoCs) or pilot trials to validate the proposed solution’s effectiveness in real-world scenarios
• Define processes and align resources for operational activities such as integration, expansion, reconfiguration, recovery, license activation, database changes of various RAN nodes with focus on 5G private network.
• Evaluate new software releases/patches received from suppliers/contractors and review results for necessarily rollout plan.
• Raise technical snags. Evaluate manufacturer's and contractor's solutions on snags.
• Generate, review, analyze management reports. Maintain records of documentation.
• Keeps abreast of new technologies, systems and developments in the RAN & Core of Mobile network.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom / ICT Preferred Master Degree in Telecom / ICT
• Master Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Computer or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
