Experience:
15+ years
- Minimum 15+ years experience in enterprise CRM architecture.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of scalability, performance tuning, and environment strategy.
- Ability to design reusable frameworks and governance models.
- Expertise in SAP IS-U, GIS, payment gateway integrations.
- Arabic speaking (good to have).
- Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) and full lifecycle projects (at least 2 as D365 Architect) across GCC countries.
