As a hands‑on Head of Growth you will ideate, copy, design strategy, and launch experiments directly. You’ll speak data and persuasion fluently, and leverage AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed.
- Build and optimize high‑impact funnels and campaigns.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself.
- Own tracking, data integrity, and learning loops.
- Explore and scale acquisition channels, prioritizing high‑intent leads.
- Develop and coach a high‑performance growth team.
- Align growth and sales for revenue quality.
- Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer–Market Fit.
- Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t.
- Architect funnels and campaigns hands‑on, overseeing implementation.
- Relentlessly optimize through CRO & A/B testing.
- Proactively hunt friction points and implement fixes immediately.
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, and messaging.
- Explore new acquisition channels to maximize ROI/ROAS.
- Build and refine growth loops (product, retention, referral, content).
- Lead the growth team through coaching, strategy, and technical execution.
- Set up tight feedback loop with sales to adjust targeting and improve lead quality.
- GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other data/experiment tools.
- LTV / CAC ratio
- Funnel conversion rates by stage

- A predictable growth engine
- Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that have improved revenue, activation, or conversion.
